About the role:Our Warranty Administrators do just that – they apply their preference for detailed, accurate work to monitor and submit warranty claims to maximize warranty approvals for our customers.Are you conscientious, diligent, and a cooperative team player If you enjoy working individually to support the goals of your team and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and your attention to detail and we’ll provide you with the support, tools, and training you’ll need to help get people camping!Youll work up to 22 hours per work, and have weekends off to enjoy your own RV camping adventures! This is currently a contract (temporary) position ending in October.Please note: the successful candidate must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to 28712 114 Ave in Acheson.Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the Warranty Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Submitting all warranty claims within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Accurately collecting and transferring all warranty information to claims forms
  • Ensuring parts are included with claim submissions when required
  • Working collaboratively with other ArrKannians to ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims
  • Researching and resolving claims not paid in full by the manufacturer, including through management involvement when required
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed your high school education
  • Previous administrative experience
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management, detail orientation, and organizational skills
