Job Description

Do you have a passion for beer, brewing and community We do.And we’re growing - we need someone great help share our love of beer in Edmonton & Northern Alberta!Who Are WeWe are a dynamic and growing family of brewpubs dedicated to creating community cornerstones, quality craft beer, spirits, and locally inspired experiences. We have four brewpubs across Alberta:

  • Jasper Brewing Company,
  • Banff Ave Brewing Company,
  • Last Best Brewing & Distilling (Calgary),
  • Campio Brewing Company (Edmonton).
Our sales team is focused on sharing our beer outside of our brewpubs through retail, on-premise, and community channels. Our goal is to showcase the communities we love by sharing our high-quality craft beer.Who Are We Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who can develop meaningful relationships and deliver value to new and existing customers across all channels with predominant focus on our on-premise business. Someone who is driven to exceed expectations and wants to be part of a team that celebrates entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity, collaboration, and fun.Job Overview:
  • Drive Territory growth by achieving annual sales volume and distribution targets
  • Develop strong relationships with customers in your territory with a focus on building our businesses together
  • Perform staff training, customer tastings and participate in festivals and industry events
  • Budget management
  • Route management & use of CRM tool
  • Be a positive ambassador for all our breweries and products
  • Work with our marketing department and brewpub teams to execute various brand initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders across all business units, partnering with them to understand their business needs and objectives
Optimal Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years’ outside sales experience
  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to build and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve targets
  • Strong holistic communication skills, with a customer service, solutions driven mindset
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial in spirit! We are looking for someone who enjoys a dynamic working environment, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, is excited to try new things, works collaboratively to get things done and wants to have fun
  • Valid Alberta Driver’s License and unhindered access to a fully insured vehicle
  • Oh, and loves beer! We are a brewery after all
