Job Description

Park Paving Ltd. is currently seeking a motivated and experienced TRUCKING COORDINATOR to join our REMOVALS team. As a Trucking Coordinator, your key responsibility will be monitoring and coordinating trucking onsite to achieve maximum utilization of trucks for our removals operation. This will be a site based position.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule trucking operations for removals projects
  • Monitor and track trucking fleet to ensure timely and efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and drivers to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle any issues or concerns related to trucking operations
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
  • Haul and distribute small tools to removals teams onsite
  • Maintain site cleanliness and security
  • Ensure safe storage of assets
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Valid Class 5 Driver #39;s license
