We provide technical solutions to help with all our customers challenges.Partner with the bestAs an Upstream Chemicals Operations Support Manager, you’ll be involved in planning and development for the overall sales strategy of your team. As a trusted leader, you’ll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships, and thorough business understanding.As an Upstream Chemicals Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for:Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, and commercial and operational queriesWork in liaison with our Business Development team Identifying key process and chemical sales targets within your market to develop sales plans and deliver new businessPartnering with a team of technical sales representatives to build growth in your assigned regionBuilding relationships and trust with key customers through value-selling and technical solutionsEngaging and communicating with key stakeholders at customer facilities to cultivate current and new businessManaging Sales and Service Standards at multiple key customer accounts to ensure safety and complianceFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in related fieldDemonstrate solid industrial chemical treatment service experience or industrial process, refinery sales experienceShow expertise in upstream chemical treatment and chemical sales processesDemonstrate an aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and market conditionsCoordinate and execute account Health Checks across the districtBe able to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfactionBe a good team player and have experience of working in safe, environmentBe able to travel to local territory to visit customer sites (up to 50% travel required)Be able to identify new business opportunities, set specific progress goals, and be accountable to your targetsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
