Job Description

Sooo... Hi! Were DiveThru (Techstars 22). Were on a mission to ensure no one struggles alone. Through our in-person studios and online platform, we connect todays generation with therapy, community and self-guided resources.Right now, we’re looking to add a Videographer/Editor to our team for a short term project of about 300 hours starting in January. During this project, you’ll work alongside our team to develop videos that highlight our therapists, our studio located in the Whyte Ave area and our services.Still here Okay, let’s talk about the official stuff: Your General Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to capture and produce professional video content for multiple online mediums
  • Operate a camera on location
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the videos
  • Input music, dialogue, graphics and effects
  • Deliver edits within required timelines
  • Consult with our internal team throughout the pre-production, production and post-production process
Your Skills: Our ideal candidate has the following skills:
  • Has completed or is currently completing a degree or diploma in film editing or related degree is required
  • Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
  • Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
  • Creative experience in filmmaking and videography
  • Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music, animation and transitions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
