Job Description

Inovata Foods Corp. is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to work at our Edmonton, Alberta location. Located in Edmonton, Alberta with a partnered facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Inovata Foods is a major producer of high-quality frozen meals for prominent clients throughout North America.Our Vision Statement"We create wholesome and convenient meals that bring family and friends together since 1989."Our "RECIPE" for Success Core ValuesRespect, Engagement, Courage, Integrity, Passion & ExcellenceWe are currently looking for 1 individual to join our day shift, the successful candidate will will work 4 days per week Wednesday to Saturday for 10 1/2 hours. Start time will be both 5AM and 6AM.Who are we looking to hire

General Responsibilities:
  • Complete all shipping and receiving duties
  • Safely operate a reach truck, forklift and pallet jack
  • Maintain detailed reports for the transfer of goods
  • Stage ingredients for production line and various departments
  • Assist with all warehouse duties as required
  • Stack meat with other team members (lift up to 60 pounds)
Qualifications
  • Must have Reach Truck Certification and/or experience (if a suitable candidate can not be found we will be willing to train the right candidate wanting to learn)
  • Must have valid Forklift Certification (if a suitable candidate can not be found we will be willing to train the right candidate wanting to learn)
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment with receiving and shipping
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility considered an asset
  • Attention to detail and an eye for a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
