Job Description

We looking for experienced candidates for the position of warehouse support. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the exterior of the facility is kept free of litter
  • Perform other duties are required
  • Moving product in boxes or totes within a program from one shelf to another by product rank and scan bins with wrist scanner correctly to keep warehouse picking efforts efficient
  • Complete warehouse inventory
  • Perform replenishing duties
  • Shipping/picking/packing /receiving duties within warehouse as needed
  • Any other Distribution Support functions as needed
  • Prioritize trouble tickets and support calls to distribute other support personnel
  • Must be able to work well with fellow associates, which includes being an integral part of their immediate site team the all members of the Global IT team
  • Answering incoming phone calls and routing to the appropriate person
Qualifications:
  • Take ownership of project and see them to completion
  • Follow appropriate procedures in handling products and using equipment to ensure safety and health in the production and warehouse areas by complying with established safety programs
  • Required to stand, walk, and use hands and tools to perform required tasks
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and Data Warehousing methodologies, Star Schemas, Dimensional Models, and Data marts
  • Receives telephone calls or assigned problem tickets from users
  • Works with end users to establish severity of requests
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $25.00-$35.00 per hourSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday

  • Edmonton, AB T5B 2W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
