We aim for excellence.Job DescriptionGeneral reception duties including answering and screening incoming phone calls, accepting and sorting deliveries by placing them in the proper mailbox, replenishing office supplies, etc...Weigh trucks loaded and emptyControl number of trucks entering yardDirect trucks to the proper unloading areaCreate reception tickets for receiving productCreate expedition tickets for exporting productCreate invoices for exported productRecord daily inventory of material entering yardAnd other duty deemed appropriate and necessary by the Site ManagerQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience Scale Clerk;Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations;Strong written and oral communication skills are essential;Basic knowledge of office administration;Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment;Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner;Additional InformationEmployment conditions:Full Time positionGroup health benefits and retirement plan offeredSchedule:Days - Monday through Friday and every other Saturday 8am-12pm
