If you are a dedicated, hardworking, fun-loving, idea-generating blazer of trails and celebrator of all things quirky, please fill out the form below to be considered for as an addition to our retail team.We are currently seeking experienced Beer Garden Shift LeadsWorking directly with the manager, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, opening and closing the Beer Garden, cash-ins and outs, keeping the space clean and orderly, and checking in and working with management.This is an opportunity to grow yourself and your skills.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safety and security of Good Robot employees and guests
  • Ensuring we’re maintaining our quirky beer experiences
  • Handling difficult guests
  • Sharing detailed notes about the shift
  • Supporting floor staff - through, covering breaks, checking environment
  • Performing appropriate voids & discounts
  • Setting a positive example for the team
  • Ensuring opening and closing checklists are being completed
  • Being knowledgeable with products- Beer, Seltzers, Fancy water
  • Collecting the required reports & batches for cash outs
  • Locking up at the end of the night
  • Responsibly drinking beverages after shifts in the beer garden after shifts and telling jokes
