Job Description

FCM Recycling need a Plant Administrative Assistant to join our team, this person will :

  • Schedule and coordinate all incoming and outgouing plant deliveries;
  • Prepare all internal reports, including creation of supplier files and maintenance of customer files Check tares, ensure accuracy of weights and items listed for internal records;
  • Data entry, creating documents i.e. receiving, shipping, BOLs, master files;
  • Prepare files and folders for new employee;
  • Control supplies and inventory for facility(PPE, office supplies, First-Aid);
  • Prepare expense reports including scanning slips and receipts to accounting;
  • Point of Contact for all inbound calls and visitors (dispatch, arrange for couriers);
  • Ensure the accuracy of our daily inventory and control sheets, cost control and category by product information;
  • Assist all staff in various jobs as requested.
