Job Description

Crystal Clean Maintenance is a family-owned company that has been in business for over 60 years, employing over 250 full and part-time cleaners across the Maritimes. Equal opportunity employer.About the Role:We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including grease trap servicing, small kitchen equipment installations (access panels, hinge kits, belts), and minor repairs. You will also manage a fleet of 10 vehicles, ensuring their maintenance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise grease trap servicing and small equipment installations.
  • Perform minor repairs on kitchen appliances.
  • Manage a fleet of 10 vehicles, including maintenance and scheduling.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • A Valid driver’s license is required. (Class 5 or Equivalent)
  • Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or sanitation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Legally able to obtain employment in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Capable of identifying potential safety or maintenance issues and communicating them to your supervisor.
  • Committed to complying with all safety policies and procedures related to task performance, product use, and incident reporting.
Language Skills:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Understand and follow directions in English.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance and equipment repair.
  • Good driving skills and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in commercial kitchen maintenance is a plus.
