Location: Elora, ONSalary: Ranging from 75,000CAD to 100,000CAD annualResponsibilities:

Manage all project aspects: quoting, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, safety, and quality control.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimate, propose, and manage project scope and budget.
Maintain client relationships through regular communication.
Oversee resource assignments and coordinate with department managers.
Visit client sites to assess project needs.
Manage key milestones and deliverables.
Conduct technical reviews and recommend design improvements.
Communicate effectively with contractors.
Promote safe work practices and contribute to safety culture.

Qualifications:

Degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Knowledge of the food, beverage, and/or pharmaceutical industries.
Expertise in architectural and/or mechanical disciplines or process engineering.
Familiar with NBC, ABC, or OBC building codes.
Understanding of project management basics; pursuing or has PMP certification or Gold Seal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Project
