Job Description

  • Guiding motorized heavy machinery to enable precise material removal and placement
  • Loading and unloading heavy machinery with boulders, trash, and other things
  • Maintaining strict adherence to the set safety standards.
  • Whenever necessary, communicating with teammates to clarify project specifications
  • Notifying the line manager of any injuries or other mishaps.
  • Recommending necessary upgrades, fixes, and replacements to the line manager.
  • Assuring that the workplace is tidy and organized at the end of each shift with coworkers.
  • Offering advice on how to streamline processes and increase productivity.
Requirements
  • Equivalent to a high school diploma.
  • Prior knowledge of using various heavy equipment
  • Lifting capacity of up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent eyesight or the wearing of lenses as prescribed.
  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • A thorough awareness of the relevant safety regulations.
  • Ability to provide and receive instructions.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, especially under duress.
  • Ability to work more hours as needed.
