We are looking for a Vice President Sales Technologiesamp; Marketing to join our fast-paced, energetic corporate office in Emerald Park, SK. In this role you will oversee the leadership of sales technologies and marketing, executing strategies to ensure market share, return on investment, and employee/customer satisfaction goals are met. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.You will:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic marketing and Intelligence Solutions (Precision Ag) plan for new/used equipment and aftermarket solutions
• Oversee content creation through all marketing channels
• Manage annual goals and budgets to align with financial and operational objectives
• Understand current market and emerging trends with focus on overcoming competitive technology offerings
• Partner with all departments to develop customer focused solutions and shared expertise on precision ag products
• Build and maintain strong relationship with John Deere and other vendors
• Support staff understanding of available equipment technologies
• Develop and retain key talent focused on customer support and engagement
• Lead and mentor team supporting career planning and development

You have:

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in the agriculture industry
• Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating others to achieve results
• Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
• Ability to identify existing/emerging customer solutions and needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Ag Business or Ag Mechanization or equivalent experience
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
• Valid driver’s license required
