Seed Specialist – Full Time Stamp Seeds LTD – Enchant Albertawww.stampseeds.comStamp Seeds is a growing and modern family-owned seed farm, seed retail and seed processing business. We are a customer focused company, located at the town of Enchant, Alberta.The purpose of this position is to drive the growth of seed sales at Stamp Seeds.We Offer:- Competitive wages: $80,000 - $100,000+, range based on experience- Flexibility to help direct what’s needed to achieve company goals- Flexibility of hours and location- Support for accreditations and licencing- Room to grow within the operation- Shared role with seed sales manager- A company truck will be provided- Full benefits package after three months of full-time workQualifications:- Seed industry or agriculture / agronomy knowledge – CCA or P.Ag. or willingness to obtain- Post-secondary education- People management skills- Communication skillsKey Components to this Position will Include:- Sales support of existing customers and their needs and be the first point of contact- Prospect new customers- Be part of customer relations and communications, advertising, trials- Grow market segments in hybrid cereals, corn, forages, cover crops, canola, soybeans- Understand the varieties we grow and retail with assistance with these selection’s.- Source seed as required- Schedule and plan pickup times- Assist with key seed shipping periods, spring and fall- Attend events and conferences- Contract Production Management- Research & Contracted Seed ProjectsWorking Locations:- Office, Field, Seed YardApplications- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada- Posting will remain open until a suitable candidate is found- We thank those that apply, only those selected for an interview will be contactedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
