Overview:A structured AML Analyst is critical to the success of the River Cree Resort & Casino. The primary purpose of the AML Analyst is to assist AML Department in ensuring all internal and federal compliance as in relates to the Resorts Anti-Money Laundering Program.Reporting to the AML Manager, the AML Analyst will work with all operational staff to ensure AML compliance for all portions of the resorts Anti-Money Laundering Program.Responsibilities:Review AML systems/forms for complete and acceptable information.Review alerts generated by the internal AML system on daily basisSubmit reportable transactions to AGLC and FINTRACEscalate all identified suspicious transaction for further review to AML Supervisor/ManagerAssist with maintaining AML training recordsMonitor compliance of the Resort (Enoch) AML Regime, AGLC Terms and Conditions and other related internal policies/proceduresDevelop good understanding of applicable Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorist Financing RequirementsProvide back up coverage or support for the AML DepartmentAssist in providing support to all internal and external customers for AML related itemsTo look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.All other duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience with required reporting of financial transactionsHave experience in monitoring unusual financial activities.Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skillsCAMS Certification an assetWilling to learn the Anti-Terrorist Financing RequirementsKnowledge of Table Game, Slot or Surveillance Operations an assetCAMS Certification an assetCommunication Skills: Must be adept in reading, writing and comprehension of the English language.Must have the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.Strong understanding of MS Office and be able to use multiple types of computer programsThis type of work appeals to people who enjoy having clear rules and guidelines for their work, dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.Successful candidate should have strong computer skills and be detail orientated.Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service and respect to all patrons, employees and AGLC personnel.The AML Supervisor must be able to work in a fast paced, highly demanding office environment, which included large data entry/computer logging.WE OFFERA competitive wage and excellent benefits.Shuttle service from West Edmonton location.All associates participate in our “Circle of Service” program which rewards and empowers individuals who provide outstanding customer service.An opportunity to work within a progressive, exciting team environment.An opportunity to work with a skilled Management team.Quick Apply
