Overview:The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for providing a value-added experience to all Resort guests throughout our property. The GSR is responsible for the Coat Check and Players Club. This position will include data entry and assisting with the internal/external promotions executed by the Marketing Department for the Resort and helping in the retail outlet.The GSR will be responsible for creating a positive, informative and fun atmosphere for the Resort. This position is critical in developing loyalty with our patrons and associates.
