Job Description

Overview:Reporting directly to the Director of Security, the Security Administrative Assistant is responsible to design and implement office policies, establish paper work flow standards and policies, organize office procedures, prepare payroll, coordinate and prepare correspondence with all stakeholders, maintain office equipment and supplies, cost, order and distribute uniforms and equipment, conduct clerical and administrative duties as required by the Director of Security.Responsibilities:

  • Provide superb customer service to associates, customers and resort departments including management.
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures with respect to office operations
  • Good working knowledge of budgets
  • Establish a paperwork flow standard, including forms and policies
  • Organize office procedures
  • Establish a filing system
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Prepare payroll
  • Conduct clerical and administrative duties as required
  • Security Duties as needed
  • To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • The preferred candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years experience as an Office Administrator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of experience with record keeping
  • Have excellent organizational skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills, creating and maintaining a file system.
  • Maintain an AGLC gaming workers license
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, paying strong attention to detail.
  • Be a fast learner and a self-starter.
  • The Security Administrative Assistant must be able to work in a fast paced, highly demanding office environment.
The schedule for this position may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays.WE OFFER
