THE COMPANY Paul Davis Windsor is part of a network of more than 370 offices throughout Canada and United States. Our office was opened 26 years ago, and we are growing.We are seeking a highly motivated, results oriented leader with marketing experience and interest in the insurance restoration business to join our team as Business Development Manager.Join an industry leader in restoration and construction.THE POSITION The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for all aspects of leading the Company’s marketing and business development department.  This includes developing annual sales goals in consultation with project management teams and the ownership team, preparing the annual marketing budget and reports that look at KPI performance, supervising marketing department staff. This will also include the Company’s social media presence and building relationships within our desired target industry.MAIN DUTIES
  • Prepare KPI reports to present to project management teams and senior management.
  • Review ROI on marketing activities.
  • Develop, maintain and analysis the Company sales and marketing budget
  • Organize and attend industry trade shows.
  • Create and execute presentations to insurance industry representatives and property managers.
  • Reviews sales contracts and programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management on marketing strategies.
DESIRED SKILLS AND TRAITS
  • College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading personnel. 
  • Previous experience working in a “sales and marketing driven” organization. 
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.
