Position: Packaging Buyer Location: near Essex, ON Salary + RELOCATION Duration: Fulltime, PermanentQualifications:Diploma or degree in business or related field preferred Minimum 2+ years in a Purchasing/Buyer role with experience in packaging procurement (CPG preferred). Experience in packaging procurement, contract negotiations, and inventory management. Strong communication skills with vendor negotiation skills and ability to mentor junior buyers. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, ERP software. Overview:Develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost efficiency. Lead procurement initiatives, negotiate contracts, and oversee direct and indirect spending. Track orders, optimize inventory, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
