Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-Time Grocery Manager for our Hybrid Store location in Eston.The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills, ability to lead and develop an effective and engaged team, is results driven and accountable for the success of the business, and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly motivated team. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Grocery Department. This position requires a dynamic self starter with strong technical knowledge, demonstrated experience and high standards in the areas of merchandising and customer service, and the ability to organize and delegate. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are critical in this environment.The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating schedule to provide leadership throughout days, evenings and weekends. Be an active participant of the Management Team (i.e. meetings, customer events, staff events, etc.). Candidates must have a valid Class 5 drivers license and willing to obtain and maintain a Forklift Operators Certification .Central Plains Co-operative serves West Central Saskatchewan communities of Landis, Eston, Perdue, Plenty, Harris and Rosetown.
