Position: Production ManagerLocation: Toronto, ON Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / Doorsamp; Windows / Building Materials / ProductionEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
• Identify areas for process improvement, implement new techniques, and streamline operations to enhance productivity.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure optimal performance and high levels of engagement. Handle scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed, promoting a safe working environment.
• Performs all other related Production Operations Manager duties as assigned.

Qualificationsamp; Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a door and/or window manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in the fiberglass or entrance door manufacturing industry is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS. Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
