Your Opportunity:The Home Living Program, within the Edmonton Zone Continuing Care portfolio, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Support III staff member. Working with a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, you will provide support to the Home Living Management team. Your flexible approach and well-developed organizational skills will assist in the completion of various administrative responsibilities, including: Coordinating, preparing, and distributing confidential reports and supporting documents for management meetings. Booking meeting rooms and scheduling interviews. Preparing and submitting parking and expense claims. Responsible for records management. Entering client data into a variety of information systems, including Meditech. Drafting and formatting routine correspondence, including letters, inquiries, memos, contracts, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes. Word processing and formatting of documents, spreadsheets, and graphs. Scheduling client appointments through Outlook. Assisting clients with obtaining equipment. Ordering/maintaining general and medical/surgical supplies. Mail sorting, reception (greeting visitors and clients), answering phones, processing faxes, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and other duties, as required. This position will be based out of the Westview and Evansburg office, but may provide support to home cares Suburban/Rural West team, which may include travel to the other home care network offices, as required.Description:As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
