The primary responsibility of every MOD is to ensure all aspects of service run smoothly and according to Impact Kitchen’s standards of excellence. In the Front of House team the MOD is primarily responsible for overseeing and supporting the Server, Cashier, and Barista positions to deliver above and beyond customer service. All MOD’s are expected to role model Impact Kitchen’s brand and values and support their Restaurant Management Team in generating excellent staff culture and ensuring high guest satisfaction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
