Job Description

New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Hardware Team Member in Falher, Alberta.Who we are:Co-op does business differently.   • Provide an excellent customer experience
  • Process payments for customers’ transactions
  • Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable advice on store products by highlighting positive features and suggesting complementary products
  • Support the merchandising of store products by building creative visual displays and ensuring proper product labelling
  • Occasionally assist customers to carry out items and help load their orders
  • Cut and make keys; cut steel
  • Perform additional duties as required

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Practical working knowledge of daily retail operations
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Some heavy lifting may be required, up to 50lbs
  • Availability to work on a flexible schedule (Morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends)
