Full Job DescriptionPrep CookMezza Lebanese Kitchen newest location in Fall River is now hiring Prep Cooks. This new location will be opening in January 2023 and we will be training at existing Mezza location in Larry Uteck.Type: Full-Time (Must have flexable availability)Salary Range: $15-$18 per hour including tipsBenefits: Paid Training, staff discount, flexible schedulesDescription: Maintains a clean and safe work area adhering to food safety and Mezza brand standards; Ensures food ingredients are stored in their designated area and rotated in the proper manner; Prepares all items in accordance with approved recipe cards; Handles and cleans kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury; Works efficiently and effectively to gather, wash, cut, season, cook, and store quality ingredients; Performs a variety of butchering tasks, such as trimming, and cutting; Prioritizes and organized tasks for speed and quality assuranceWill hand raw meats; inventory counts weekly; place weekly orders to suppliersReports directly to Store Manager; Performs other kitchen duties as required.Qualifications:
