The Team will also be responsible for supporting and improving the finance and accounting operations globally so that the organization stays at the forefront of technology and innovation and remains relentlessly relevant.Key Accountabilities:Provide detailed understanding of cutting edge technology and innovation in the marketplace to improve the Finance Organization through optimization, AI, robotic process automation, and next-generation technologiesSupport the development of the 3-5 year strategic and continuous improvement vision for FinanceBe a source of actionable insight to continuously improve the finance organizationPromote continuous improvement culture and develop continuous improvement frameworkCollaborate with teams inside and outside of Finance to shape vision and ensure finance can partner with the businessSupport the development and maintenance of the finance transformation organization continuous improvement processes (e.g. opportunity intake, evaluation & prioritization, communication of value realization, rewards & recognition), CI prioritization criteria, and CI tools & templatesWork with finance transformation leadership and other key stakeholders to identify potential improvement opportunities, organization, process and infrastructure for the FSS OrganizationIdentify and leverage internal and external data sources to identify continuous improvement opportunities (e.g. financial transformation Governance meetings & forums, output from service management tools, periodic external benchmarking)Support business case framework development for CI and Innovation pursuit opportunitiesSupport creation of KPI scorecards working with the GPO leadsHandle Special Projects as assignedRequirements:Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent fieldPreferred: CPA, MBA, and/or equivalent Professional CertificationsExperience with project management, Finance process subject matter expertise, business case development, and identification / rationalization of improvement opportunitiesExperience with financial processes and measurements (e.g., understands common metrics for measuring the efficiencies and service of financial processes)Experienced in managing global teamsAbility to interact with and manage 3rd partiesStrong exposure to robotic process automationFinance background preferredWell versed in the latest technology and innovation trendsAbility to drive an innovation mindset across the organizationAbility to communicate a strong vision to senior leadershipAbility to effectively partner within and outside of FinanceMcCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
