Position Title: Employee Services ManagerPosition Type: Regular - Full-TimePosition Location: Florenceville GTCRequisition ID: 9887JOB PURPOSE:The Employee Services Manager is responsible for providing guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 roles within the Employee Experience Center. Team members include, Talent Acquisition Specialist (Onboarding), Compensation Specialist, Employee Services Specialists and Employee Lifecycle Specialists. The Employee Services Manager provides leadership and management of resources to ensure the effective, efficient, high quality and consistent response to HR-related inquiries and transaction requests from HR customers across both centres.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and provide strategic and operational oversight to the team responsible for handling employee inquiries (Employee Service Specialist) and processing transaction requests within the HR Systems (Employee Lifecycle Specialist).As part of a team across the world you will be supporting our employees in 8 languages, 24 hours per day, with world class tools including over 20 toll-free numbers and live chat functionality.Manage HR Specialist team, creating a collaborative atmosphere, providing guidance, training and motivation as necessary to develop staffContinuously sense opportunities to improve HR service delivery through more effective and efficient inquiry, case and transaction processing managementForecast and oversee EEC operational performance, metrics and analytics, working with EEC and HR leadership when necessaryCreating a collaborative atmosphere, providing guidance, training and motivation as necessary to develop staffMonitor team performance against expectations; tracking individual and team performance metricsProviding technical coaching to specialists within each team, especially as it relates to education HR Customers on self-service capabilities and assessing the degree of case complexityMonitor trends in inquiries, transaction requests, and / or issues and share key insights with Director of EECMonitor team performance against expectations; tracking individual and team performance metricsMEASURES OF SUCCESS:Effectiveness of Employee Experience Center – client feedback/survey, SLAs and Operational measuresEmployee EngagementBudget (direct / indirect) managementKEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:8-10 years of progressive experience managing operational HR teamsPost-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related fieldAbility to apply HR knowledge / experience across HR policies, programs, processes and functionsStrong internal consulting skills, with ability to influence changeStrong business-specific knowledge coupled with strong leadership, project management and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to lead and support SpecialistsStrong ability to monitor progress against operational targets, adjusting team behaviour as requiredStrong internal network, providing direct reports with access to leading operational practicesWorking knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SAP-Employee Central, SuccessFactors and ServiceNowMcCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
