Job Description

Position Title: HR SpecialistPosition Type: Regular - Full-TimePosition Location: Florenceville GTCRequisition ID: 16141As a HR Specialist, you are part of a global team specializing in Successfactors and ServiceNow technology enablement for HR. Based out of one of our shared service centers of operations in Wroclaw Poland or Florenceville New Brunswick, Canada you will collaborate with a world class Global HR Shared Services organization to deliver services, programs and support to the McCain business. As a Digital HR Specialist you’ll develop a robust internal network of key business contacts such as Centers of Excellence leaders, HR business partners, shared service delivery leaders and our IT organization. As part of a team of digital HR specialists you’ll provide front line support related to our HR systems and help identify continuous improvement initiatives for planning and road mapping. You’ll be known as a subject matter expert related to our global HR systems and help steer HR leaders towards opportunities and value propositions enabled by our technology.How Youll Help:

  • Manage our operational issues queue by investigating, and troubleshooting problems arising in our global HR system landscape.
  • Escalate issues that go beyond your capability to tier 3 developer by properly articulating problem, priority and urgency on behalf of the business.
  • Act as a point person for developing test scripts and executing testing alongside end users for changes in to our HR Systems (Successfactors and ServiceNow).
  • Lead business stakeholders through release upgrades by helping identify and understand impacts of universal and opt-in changes.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for needs to improve our HR Systems by documenting and understanding the need along with helping articulate value proposition.
  • Drive internal continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement through issue trend analysis .
  • Partner with developers for the implementation of identified enhancements related to our HR systems.
  • Participate in HR projects as required including research and preparation of documents and implementation of recommendations.
About You:
  • 3+ years in a HR Technology role or analytics role with good knowledge of data practices and principles to positively impact employee performance and business results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Information Technology or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with stakeholders at various levels (end user, manager, director).
  • Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel information.
  • Project planning and management skills considered an asset.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks without close supervision.
  • Ability to understand integration and data flows of information across systems considered an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team.
