Job Description

Position Title: Maintenance Systems & Data LeadPosition Type: Regular - Full-TimePosition Location: Oakbrook TerraceGrade: Grade 06Requisition ID: 8731SUMMARY:Drive the optimal usage of the global maintenance systems, data integrity, standardized reports, KPI reporting and build a strong SAP Super User bench. Critically support the implementation, adoption and delivering of the business results for Prometheus globally and support future programs aimed towards a systemized and digital approach.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resource to conduct SAP/ CMMS training on regular intervals
  • Ongoing coaching and support in the live environment for all maintenance Super Users in each region/plant (including travel)
  • Ongoing monitoring of key maintenance attributes of PM execution, backlog work, labour utilization, KPI reporting and correct usage of the SAP environment.
  • Help drive the value creation of the Prometheus implementation during the first years
  • Ongoing standardization and correct cost allocation per asset and later on per component
  • Replication of standard PM’s to other sites and assets in support of maintenance ready projects
  • Assist with MRO inventory optimization efforts (no risk approach)
  • Assist with the global transition to AM (autonomous maintenance) systems
  • Assist with the implementation of a digital permit to work system
  • Assist to reduce maintenance and food safety related incidents and risks
  • Assist with the development of standardized and automated maintenance reports

  • Tertiary qualification or recognized trade in field of Mechatronics Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Leadership Abilities:
  • Proven capability to develop and maintain strong collaborative business relationships across global and regional functions
  • Ability to influence effective decision-making with cross-functional teams
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with diversity and inclusion sensitivity
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively and persuasively articulate positions (electronically and verbally) to various audiences and at all levels of the business
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks and measure progress across multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and within teams on both strategy and tactical projects with minimal supervision.
  • Program management skills: identification and management of stakeholders, milestone development and tracking of progress, resource management, risk mitigation, detailed action planning, and basic familiarity with change management.
Business Acumen:
  • General business insight, cost control and the ability to manage complexity within the maintenance environment.
  • Ability to interact at various levels within the global integrated supply chain and to support and promote global SCA initiatives
Required Length & Type of Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably the food industry
  • Detailed understanding of SAP and related CMMS systems
  • Proven track record in plant maintenance management and SAP usage
  • Proven track record to drive results through influencing, persuading and collaboration
  • Proven track record as a SAP Super User including training
Travel:
  • Willingness to travel internationally/regionally up to 25% of available time
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
