Job Description

Description of PositionThis is a non-technical position but works directly within our technical team as well as communicating directly with our clients.There are a few parts to this role that are highly important:First, being quick to answer the telephone and have excellent telephone etiquette - call centre experience would be preferred.Secondly, be an excellent team player - we work in a very collaborative environment and require team members that pitch in wherever needed to get the client what they need.Finally, a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills and leadership potential - we are looking for someone to really own the client experience and help link them to all related internal services.Job Purpose

  • Assisting with client follow ups and resolutions.
  • Answering questions regarding invoices or billing.
  • Assist with identifying client requirements and relaying that information back to sales staff.
  • Assisting with directing information to the correct department.
  • Documentation of all work as completed.
  • Delegate and prioritize service calls based on the client need
  • Commitment to quality & high quality customer service
  • Assisting with the client onboarding process & being a point of contact for clients within your team
  • Ability to assist clients with how to access and utilize our tools
Required Skills
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
  • Self-motivated with the need for little supervision.
  • Ability to learn new technology or pick up new processes quickly
