Job Description

  • Oversee all accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and internal reports.
  • Forecast and manage company cash flow.
  • Lead year-end closing procedures and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax obligations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Analyze budget variances and monitor financial performance.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial and KPI reports.
  • Support strategic financial planning and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Strong command of accounting systems and ERP platforms.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and solid working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
