Job Description

We #39;re Hiring: Office Manager – Fort McMurray, ABLocation: Fort McMurray, Alberta Position Type: Full-time Start Date: ImmediateFranklin Dental Centre, a modern and patient-centered dental clinic located in the heart of Fort McMurray, is seeking an experienced and energetic Office Manager to lead our administrative team and ensure exceptional day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental clinic, including front-desk coordination, scheduling, and patient service flow.
  • Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff.
  • Handle patient billing, insurance submissions, and financial reporting.
  • Manage HR tasks such as onboarding, time-off tracking, and performance oversight.
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate ordering of dental and office supplies.
  • Foster a welcoming and professional patient experience.
  • Implement and optimize systems for improved efficiency and team productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Previous dental office management experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Cleardent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic clinical environment.
  • Experience with insurance claim management is an asset.
