Job Description

Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Complete occupancy checks, securements, door knocks, grass cutting and snow removals, minor repairs and cleanings of individual properties.
  • You would be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of vacant properties.
  • You would takeover relocated type of properties.
  • Delivery and Serving of time sensitive court documents.
  • Door knocks on Vehicles in inquiry.
Requirements:
  • Must have strong English.
  • Exhibit strong work ethic, team work skills, adaptability and accountability with attention to detail.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organization and follow up skills.
  • Comfortable with and adaptable to dealing with distressed properties and customers or debtors.
  • The successful candidate will posses strong organizational and communication skills (interaction with the public) and pride themselves on attention to detail. Written and verbal reports, under designated timelines, will be an ongoing requirement.
  • Reliable vehicle, cell phone, computer, printer, tools etc.
  • Criminal Back Ground Check Required
  • Liability Insurance Required
Experience:
  • General trades would be considered an asset.
  • Process Serving experience would be considered an asset.
