FLINT is hiring skilled and safety-conscious Dozer Operators to join an elite team on a significant pipeline project in Fort St. John. Experience operating a Dozer, along with a good safety record, makes you a great candidate and we encourage you to apply.This full-time position offers camp-based work and is expected to run from November 2023 through April 2024.   • Moving material, grading, and clean up.
  • Perform pre-operational routine inspections of equipment.
  • Safe and efficient operation of Dozers.
  • Identifying safety risks and hazards on site.
  • Communicate/review hand signals with a spotter.
  • Perform general labourer duties on occasion, and other tasks as required.
Does this sound like you
  • Experience operating a Dozer and any required operator tickets.
  • Valid H2S Alive, First Aid, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, WHMIS, Ground Disturbance level 2, and Common Safety Orientation tickets
  • Have a great attitude and a good safety record.
  • Can troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and find solutions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.

  • Hourly employee rates ranging from $31.87-$48.00
  • Option to join as a Direct Service Provider (DSP) / contractor
