Job Description

Do you have a passion for cooking and preparing food Do you enjoy interacting with customers Freson Bros. invites individuals who appreciate the Craft of cooking to apply for the position of Deli Prep Cook in Fox Creek, AB.Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations
  • Experience as a prep cook or line cook is preferred
  • Warm and welcoming personality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Can prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work different shifts including mornings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients for producing Deli products by:
  • Measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food products
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
  • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Handling customer service inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Embrace and champion the use of real ingredients to produce real food
Position Details
  • Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Location: Freson Bros. - Fox Creek
  • Wage: $15-20 / hour (minimum $13.50 for students under 18 years of age)
