This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across different areas of the business.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory, ensuring accuracy, proper storage, and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and supplier communications.
• Work with production teams to schedule and monitor workflows.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering supplies.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and internal communications.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues to maintain smooth business operations.

RequirementsQualifications

• Experience in inventory management, logistics, or production coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with inventory management software is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution environments is preferred but not required.
