Job Description

Deliverables:

  • Define, validate, and document business requirements related to application change requests in collaboration with the Application Services team and business stakeholders.
  • Document and validate current state processes and business/system interactions, and define future state processes and interactions.
  • Investigate assigned incidents, interact with end users, engage technical SMEs, propose solutions, and follow incidents to resolution.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • DemonstXXd experience working as a Business Analyst, including requirements elicitation, documentation, solution analysis, and design activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in Information Candidateagement/Information Technology.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with SMEs to articulate business priorities, desired outcomes, and identify core business capabilities.
