Job DescriptionThe Compensation and People Analytics Partner plays a critical role in shaping equitable, data-informed people strategies by combining deep expertise in compensation with strong analytical capabilities. This role designs and manages competitive pay and total rewards programs while delivering workforce insights that guide talent decisions across the organization. As a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, the partner ensures alignment between compensation practices, total rewards programs, business goals, and employee experience.Job ResponsibilitiesCompensation Strategyamp; Benchmarking

  • Partner with People and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver compensation analyses and salary recommendations that align with internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct and maintain compensation benchmarking, ensuring alignment with FLSA classifications, job architecture, and market standards.
  • Act as a key contributor compensation design, job leveling, accurate market matches and support, and career pathing.
  • Lead participation in compensation surveys and evaluate new survey tools to enhance market intelligence.
  • Manage annual and quarterly compensation reviews, including data preparation, budget analysis, training materials, resources, securing approvals, and maintaining accurate data.
  • Support the design and documentation of commission and incentive plans in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
  • Ensure incentive programs (e.g., bonuses, stock options) are documented, communicated, and partner with payroll to ensure timely payments.
People Analyticsamp; Reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver headcount and compensation analytics to support workforce planning, staffing budgets, and organizational design.
  • Serve as a key liaison between People and Finance teams to align budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and maintaining key dashboards and data refreshes on a regular basis.
  • Prepare People analytics and presentation materials for HRLT meetings.
  • Analyze engagement surveys, compare results over time, and present insights in PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with HRLT, People Partners, and Recruiting to deliver dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, proofing, and quality control processes.
  • Develop Excel-based SOPs, templates, and reporting standards for the People team.
