Leading facilitated sessions to gather content, document and obtain consensus for the remaining configuration and technical specifications required as it relates to conversion and interfaces.
Identifying risks, issues and conflicts originating from business change requirements.
Working with the Quality Assurance Team(s) to ensure testing of the data conversion and interfaces is successful.
Working with the Trainer/Change Manager to ensure any training regarding the data conversion and interfaces is successful.
Collaborating with the project team to ensure project deadlines are met.
Attending project team status meetings and other working group meetings as required.
Assisting in the creation of documents, SOPs and other supporting documents.
Conducting other Business Analyst tasks as required.

Mandate Requirements:

A bachelor #39;s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Yes/No
A minimum of 3 years of IM/IT experience on projects that involve data conversion and/or interface specifications between systems.

Scored Requirements:

Experience performing Senior Business Analyst activities, such as facilitating workshops, capturing business/user requirements, process design activities, and IT solution implementations.
Demonstrate how the candidate meet the mandatory requirement of 5 years #39; experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
Demonstrate how candidate meet the mandatory requirement of 3 years #39; experience supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies.
Experience working with cross functional business and technical teams that include a mix of in-house and external stakeholders and vendors.
Provide details on relevant experience in the last 5 years.
Experience with producing interface specifications used to communicate with external systems, such as Oracle Financials, financial institutions, or other government departments/corporations. Provide details on relevant experience.
Experience in migrating data from legacy IT systems.
