Job Description

The Willows Club is looking for Course Maintenance staff to join us for the back nine of our season!As a members of our Course Maintenance staff, you are the team members who work hard to maintain the grounds and landscaping around the golf course and the residential areas surrounding the course as well as the various tasks required to get our beautiful course prepared each day.We would need you to have an eye for detail as well as the ability to mow the grass, trim the hedges, and ensure our members and guests get to enjoy a beautiful landscape. We’d be even more thrilled if you also had some experience with the following:

• Previous experience with maintenance would be a bonus!
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.

We also think it’s important to know:

• This position is seasonal and will end in mid-October.
• You may be required to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
• Work hours may range from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 40 hours per week available with flexible days
• As much as we would like to control these factors, we want to let you know as an employee you may be subjected to a variety of environmental conditions such as wind, rain, etc. You may be in contact with dangerous chemicals such as, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
