For more information on our organization, please visit www.cfmws.com.THE ROLE: The candidate will ensure safety and enforce rules concerning conduct and use of equipment, patrolthe facility regularly to ensure rules and regulations are being followed, open and close the facility in accordance withsecurity regulations, mediate disputes and minimize conflicts between clients, ensure established safety proceduresare followed in an emergency and respond to fire alarms, and other emergencies.He or she will also inspect equipment and facility for safety and take corrective action as required, advise supervisorof equipment malfunction, or unsafe conditions, organize equipment set up and take down, monitor equipment returnsand ensure proper storage, inform members about current and upcoming events and apply first aid as necessary.He or she will be responsible to supervise staff, assist in set up of the gymnasium floor for sports activities, monitor theactivities of user groups to the facility, assist and advise clients on matters pertaining to physical fitness, monitor thefacility, surrounding exterior areas and grounds to ensure cleanliness is maintained, ensure compliance with the Health& Safety Program, in conjunction with management, and may act as a Representative or member of a local NPFCommittee, apply NPF policies, procedures, regulations and applicable legislation and perform other related duties asassigned by supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
