This is a busy fast paced position that requires the ability to muti-task, prioritize, pivot on a moments notice, deal with upset clients and/or foster parents and utilize multiple IT platforms.Primary AccountabilitiesYou will be responsible for regularly updating and modifying of schedules based on requirements and ongoing monitoring and circulation of the regional access and transport schedule.You will be required to work in collaboration with Team Leads, Case Aides and other departmental staff for the purposes of maintaining the schedule.You will be required to have contact with parents, foster parents and daycares and other professionals by phone , email and text messaging.Qualifications and ExperienceYou will have four (4) years of related experience.You also have good client service skills; the ability to work in a sometimes crisis-driven environment; the ability to engage and complete work tasks both independently and in a team; effective organizational and communication skills including verbal and written; the ability to be organized and detail oriented; and demonstrated ability to use a variety of computer applications.Assets include a familiarity with scheduling practices within an adjusted work hour environment and a general working knowledge of services offered by the Department and other community agencies.We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.EquivalencyAn equivalent combination of relevant training and experience will be considered.
