Job TitleCompliance SpecialistJob Description SummaryThe Compliance Supervisor under the supervision of the Director provides for the safety and service of the people, buildings, and campus through monitoring of cameras and access control systems, inspections of facility systems, and responding to situations and circumstance based on established standard operating procedures.Job DescriptionPerform monitoring of Operation Center camera console and building access control systems. Dispatching and responding to facility and safety issues according to established SOP’s.Provide guidance to third party service provider personnel, notifying supervisor of any issues or concerns.Create access control badges for client and contractor personnel as required.Complete inspections of building systems to include fire panels, fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and panic alarm systems on monthly/quarterly basis for all assigned facilities.Prepare and submit activity and incident reports as required.Responsible for inspecting the interior and exterior of the buildings and campus from a Safety and Services perspective. Reporting any deficiencies so corrective action can be taken.Provide additional services as requested by client (escorts, employee assistance, emergency response, etc.)Ability to use technology such as smart phones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, etc.Comply with Cushman & Wakefield Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property.Complete all required Cushman & Wakefield Safety Training as scheduled annually. (New employees shall meet the immediate training requirements as set forth at time of hiring. Failure to comply with the safety training and other training requirements set forth in Cushman & Wakefield’s Policies and Procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or termination of employment.
