We are seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a jack-of-all-trades. This skilled person will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to residential construction. Tasks may include carpentry, drywall repairs and touch ups, grouting, trim installation, painting preparation and painting, trim installation, grouting, caulking, dap installation and a variety of other tasks as assigned. This position requires a diligent, hardworking and proactive individual who enjoys solving problems, completing projects and improving customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on-skills, competence with power tools, and an eye for detail. The ability to move fluidly from task to task in a busy, fast paced environment is essential. Some work required in home-owner occupied homes where efficiency and customer service is paramount. No travel is required. A minimum of 2 years experience in residential construction or equivalent is required. This is an on-site position servicing 100 townhomes in Georgetown Ontario. M-F 8am to 4:30 pm. Pay related to experience and skills. Weekend work optional.Responsibilities:
