Employment OpportunitySheridan Nurseries Head Office is actively searching for a:Guest Service Representative (GSR)Contract, Full TimeAbout the Job:The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with guests on behalf of Sheridan Nurseries by taking personal and complete responsibility for each guest contact. The GSR has primary responsibility for ensuring that all guest needs are met and assisting our Wholesale Sales Representatives to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. This position is a temporary contract with the potential of an opportunity for permanent employment in the future.Your Accountabilities:

  • Strive to ensure that each guest at Sheridan Nurseries receives a level of service that is more than what they expected.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with entering orders and send out notifications to guests regarding shipping schedules.
  • Support Wholesale Sales team and assist with other tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must have completed high school and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Strong customer service skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Friendly and outgoing attitude.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Previous data entry experience with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Plant knowledge and/or Green Goods Industry experience is an asset.
  • You are punctual and dependable, and highly value honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
