They will assist property teams with ensuring all data is collected and reported to respective benchmarking authorities. They will also develop tools and resources to support this action across various geographies. They will assist property teams with ensuring all data is collected and reported to respective benchmarking authorities. They will also develop tools and resources to support this action across various geographies. They will also complete ENERGY STAR applications, including completing site visits as needed, as well as LEED IAQ Testing.Travel: up to 50%ROLE DESCRIPTIONAssist in managing the C&W national Energy Star Portfolio Manager Account, which includes:Connecting with property team to ensure Energy Star models nationally are updatedEducating Property Teams on how to update and maintain ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager modelsReviewing and inputting energy, water, and waste data into ENEGY STAR Portfolio ManagerDeveloping new ENERGY STAR models or updating models with occupancy changesDeveloping applications for Energy Star Certification Submission, and completing on-site Indoor Environmental Quality testing and verification (as trained by PE)Managing the submission of energy and water data to local/state entities to meet local ordinancesAssisting in the development of the Energy Star Partner of the Year Application annuallyUtilize third-party software and platforms as need, including but not limited to:Local Utility Aggregated Data PortalsMeasurablMACHAquicoreLucidYardi VoyagerBusiness Development and Educational ResourcesAssisting in researching clients and properties for business developmentUpdating databases of ESG aspects for the C&W managed portfolioWorking with the team to develop Business Development strategies and materialsDeveloping educational resources and communications around utility benchmarking, local ordinances, ENERGY STAR, and third-party tools for property teams nationallyQualificationsExperience with ENERGY STAR Portfolio ManagerExperience with utility portals for obtaining aggregated energy dataExperience with benchmarking buildings and reporting to local ordinancesExperience with Measurabl desiredExcellent Multi-taskerHighly organizedHighly responsiveAble to work remotely and independentlyHigh level of experience with Microsoft Word and ExcelInterest in energy and sustainabilityGood communication skills (written and oral)Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
