You will be working by yourself, and you’ll be assigned clean a 20,000 sq ft Mansion. Please note, we will only be proceeding with applicants who are double vaccinated, have access to personal transportation & have a G License. Our cleaners start at $25 per hour! PLUS BONUSES, REWARD INCENTIVES & TIPS FROM CLIENTS!In this position you will be: Work safely in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS), Ministry of Environment Regulation 309 (Biomedical Waste), and other work related regulations:

• Have a good understanding of chemical and equipment use
• Have the ability to read, write English and follow written instructions
• Be able to walk, stand, reach, kneel and lift weights up to 30 lbs
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, and damp mops floors
• Clean indoor/outdoor windows
• Clean washrooms, showers, bathtubs & sinks
• Clean counter tops
• Replenish supplies
• Clean efficiently and effectively
• Grocery shopping
• Running errands
• Dog goes to the groomers sometimes
• Helping with the owner’s dog
• Prepping for guest
• Clean kitchens, dishes, bedding, refill soaps, baseboards, cobwebs, floors, etc.
• Cleaning, dusting and vacuuming bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms, etc.
• Laundry including collecting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, steaming, stain removal, dry-cleaning co-ordination/scheduling and rotation
• Keep all rooms tidy and organized
• Manage trash and recycling
• Polish and shine copper and silver
• Identify house deficiencies and report them to home owner
• Vacuuming and washing hard surface floors on hands and knees
• Cleaning and dusting light fixtures, baseboards, doors, door frames, and windowsills
• Moving reasonably light furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
• Paying extra attention to cleaning frequently touched surfaces (door knobs, fridge handles, etc.)
• No criminal record
• You must be reliable and have your own car to use
• They might request to drive their cars to fuel them up they have ( Bentley, Lamborghinis, etc)
• Picking up supplies
• Might be required to cook sometimes

Qualifications

• Speak English

• Certified in Health and Safety – preferred
• Previous cleaning experience
• Reliable
• Ability to read, write English and follow written instructions
• Ability to communicate with residents in the household
• Good understanding of chemicals and equipment

• You must pass a Criminal background check and reference.

• Part Time- 24 hours per week plus additional hours if required which can range up to 12 hours for one shift
• Working hours: Saturday, Sunday & Monday
• Paid $25 hourly
