This person will ensure that food temperature and food sanitation standards are maintained during transportation of the food. This person is also responsible for assisting the food service delivery in the TNM dining rooms and adhering to patient safety/diet prescription standards. In addition, this role transports the dirty dishes back to Glace Bay kitchen to be washed and sanitized after meals. The truck driver must also keep the sanitation of the truck, itself, up to safety standards.Qualifications
