We run Volvos, Freightliners and Western Stars in our fleet of just under 20 trucks.Job Position DutiesThe driver trainer is responsible for assisting new Gladstone Transfer long-haul truck drivers so that they feel comfortable and confident in one of our late model trucks.Every driver has a unique level of confidence and experience. The driver trainer will communicate the new driver’s strengths along with areas of improvement and focus on building the driver to ensure safety and efficiency on the road.Drivers may have decades of experience or may be fresh out of driving school.
